FOLLOW OUR SIMPLE HOW-TO-BRUSH STEPS

1. Use only a pea-sized amount of paste on your toothbrush
2. Always use small circular movements, no up and down and definitely no scrubbing!
3. Gently work your way around your mouth left to right, top and bottom, but ensure you pay a bit more attention to the inside of your front teeth
4. Now use an interdental brush: Gently place an interdental close to the gum line, insert slowly between the teeth, and never force. Once in and out then move to the next one.
5. Run your tongue along your teeth after brushing for two minutes and feel the Curaprox difference.
